Just a quick entry.
“Then I heard a loud voice from the throne: Look! God’s dwelling is with humanity, and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will no longer exist; grief, crying, and pain will exist no longer, because the previous things have passed away.”
Revelation 21:3-4 HCSB
During Resurrection Sunday, this verse has had me thinking of this all day today. When Christ rose, the very things in the latter part of this verse were immediately broken and from that day forward bore testimony to what God is going to do throughout the whole world. Christ is the testimony and the promise that what He would do in His Son, He is going to do to the whole world and everything in it.
This is what Paul means when He passionately proclaims that I may know Him and THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION.
Even creation itself waits, groaning for this very moment.
To continue… I love the language here…. HE, the King of Kings is coming to us. His dwelling is with us….
My goodness what a day that will be.
for this very moment.
To continue… I love the language here…. HE, the King of Kings is coming to us. His dwelling is with us….
My goodness what a day that will be.
Blessings
